There are people who care about you and want to help-you just need to take the first step and reach out to one of them. The important thing is to Talk about it!

Who Can You Trust?

At school, you should know at least one school counselor whom you like and can trust.

Find one teacher who you can trust and you know cares.

If your school has graduation coaches or mentors, find out who they are-you may really connect with one of them.

Peer helpers, peer mentors, or peer leaders who have been trained to be good listeners and helpers.

Friends who really care about you.

Family members who will take time to listen.
